Usage Assessment

The primary objective of the BPCS usage assessment will be to identify practical ways to improve user satisfaction with BPCS.  This will be accomplished by:
  1. Reviewing background material provided by your company;
  2. Conducting interviews with your company’s personnel;
  3. Conducting plant tours;
  4. Reviewing your BPCS database using AS/400 query or some other tool;
  5. Observing your people in action.
The final deliverable will be a report documenting DS Solutions findings and recommendations for improvement.
